It all begins with empathy.

From a young age I learnt how to be empathetic, stable and supportive for those who needed me most. My early life experiences ignited my understanding of the value of thoughtful communication, continuous growth and building strong impactful relationships.

Throughout my career I have transformed and integrated these values into my very eclectic journey. The two most impactful parts of my career so far have been my time serving in the Royal Australian Navy and my time as the Founder, CEO & CPO of Voice of Health.

My life experiences have helped me develop natural leadership abilities. However, it wasn’t until serving as a Maritime Warfare Officer and being immediately placed into a leadership position, that these skills were truly tested. Could I remain a leader even when pushed to my absolute limits and people’s lives were at risk? The answer was thankfully, “Yes, absolutely”.

This valuable leadership experience combined with my values and an unwavering desire to make a positive impact, developed into the founding of Voice of Health.

Knowing that not all people have access to supportive relationships, or face many common barriers limiting their accessibility to support, I optimised my own experience to instigate a positive change and set out to redefine the mental wellbeing paradigm.

Working with experts and industry institutions, I integrated my learnings to create a unique Active Listening methodology for Voice of Health’s platform. I optimised proven practices to support those in need, while also harnessing my unique capacity to translate human-centred and empathetic design into technology.

In addition to developing our mobile application and training platform I have personally conducted over 300 workshops ranging across Active Listening, Mental Well-being, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship, Peer Support, Lived Experience and much more.

This journey didn’t end hear and transformed into my roll at Hupe after relocating to London. Hupe presented an opportunity to take a holistic approach to health with unparalleled levels of data for each patient while also maintaining the personalised service element so important in any person’s health journey.

I am excited to find the next opportunity in my journey where I can take everything I have learned to date and keep learning while I dive head first into the next challenge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the creation and evolution of Hupe’s hyper-personalised health optimisation platform and product offerings

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's mission to optimise longevity and well-being
